During the year ACU received 465 complaints within that 254 complaints with names revealed (54.63%); anonimous complaints 191 (41.08%) and half anonimous comlainnts 20 (4.30%) Within that ACU received the complaints through lodging the complaints personally at ACU messengers, phone calls, ACU emails, Box at Post Office, ACU Facebook, Telegram ACU, media websites, ACU White Box installed at various boulevards. The complaints received are in foreign languages as well.
